I’ve always been nervous to start counseling, but Trinity Counseling Resources made it a very comfortable process. The office has a very warm and welcoming setting, where you are always greeted by the staff as you enter and leave the facility. Not only are the therapists there amazing, the staff makes it known that their goal is to help the clients in any way they can and ensure they have a pleasant experience. If you are in need of counseling, but hesitant on taking the next step, Trinity Counseling Resources is the place to go.

I truly wouldn’t reccomend any other counseling office to my friends, family, or a stranger. I’ve been seeing Dawn for years now and I cannot imagine how my life would have been if I didn’t take the chance to walk into this business when I was completely terrified to make this step. The whole entire staff has been nothing but sweet to me even when I have been a pain with scheduling. I always feel comfortable in the waiting area, chatting with the front desk, and contacting any of the staff with my concerns. If you haven’t been here, I strongly encourage it. I wish I could thank every single employee for their kindness, patience, and dedication to take care of every one of their clients.

Shannon “Shay” smith is my therapist. She is truly changing my life for the better! She helps gain the confidence and courage to be a better woman! She has the best personality is super positive, funny, and motivating.

I highly recommend going to her. She helps all ages and is an amazing woman of God! She is completely nonjudgmental and super invested into her career!

The office staff is also super sweet and such a peaceful environment and everyone is so friendly. It is my highlight of the week to go!
