We all face times that test our foundations. Our situations can be confusing, overwhelming, disappointing, frustrating, or painful. We find ourselves struggling, but there’s good news: we don’t have to navigate these situations alone. I believe that the experiences from our past help shape and define our present, sometimes these experiences are embedded in our subconscious. You and I will work closely together to form a comfortable and collaborative therapeutic relationship in which exploration, learning, and healing can occur.

My clinical experience has allowed me to work with a diverse group of individuals, couples, and families. My passion is to equip my clients to be able to live a fulfilling life and to continue growing outside of the therapy setting. I’ll help you gain deep insight, answering the question, “Why am I the way that I am?”
