Niki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, as well as a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University. She also holds a certification in addictions from Purdue. Niki has experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in outpatient and school settings. She provides individual, family, and group therapy and has supported clients facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, anger management, and trauma/PTSD. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and client-centered techniques. Niki is committed to offering a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to grow and achieve their goals. She is passionate about empowering individuals to discover their inner strengths, challenge unhelpful patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
