Taking the first step toward therapy can feel uncomfortable, intimidating, or even scary. You may be wondering if what you’re experiencing is “enough” to seek help, or you may simply know that something needs to change but are unsure of where to start. Wherever you are in that process, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Indiana University Northwest in 2025 and am a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of Indiana. I work with teens and adults, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. My approach is person-centered and flexible, with a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness, while incorporating additional evidence-based techniques when they may be helpful.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, difficulty with emotional regulation, challenges with coping, and more. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, looking to build healthier coping skills, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, build on your existing strengths, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

We will meet you where you are. We can
